WorcNet is a networking initiative that supports women living within North Yorkshire who are exploring ways of becoming economically active. Members are supported into training, employment, business start up and business development.
Its role will be to:
• Lead on promoting representational skills for women and engagement with key partners in women’s enterprise.
• Co-hosting of work on non-traditional construction skills with NNWN
• Sharing expertise in supporting women offenders back into the community and women from ethnic minorities into enterprise.
• Hosting a UK conference on impact of migration
• Participation in final conference
